Welcome to Module 5: Motivate Clients
It is time to look more deeply at some of the key factors that motivate clients to put their health first. There may also be factors that hold them back. If you have an idea of the challenges in motivation your clients are most likely to face you can develop strategies for helping them deal with those dips and slumps gracefully. Their success can only happen when you pull them through the tough times by helping them find strength and purpose in themselves to follow through with diet and lifestyle changes.
