Transitioning to a new and healthier diet can be frightening for many people. They are scared that it will be too hard, worried that they’ll miss their “favorites” and concerned that they won’t know what to do to make sure they get the correct nutrition.
It’s your job to help them make the transition fun. Provide them with recipe swaps to make it easy to trade out old favorites for what can become their new favorites. The resources in this section are provided to help you to guide your clients to a new diet that’s just as tasty and satisfying, AND a whole lot more nutritious.
