If you’ve determined that your clients needs to avoid certain food constituents, this chart will help you to determine which foods are high in which “antinutrients” as these are sometimes called.  Remember that avoidance is usually temporary.  As you restore balance to digestion,  the integrity to the intestinal lining and the microbiome, these sensitivities usually dissipate.
