  • Celebrate success: Each person in your group does a 1-minute share and everyone celebrates.

 

  • Educate: Discussion of a Body Freedom Foundation pillar of the month. Check in with how people did with pillar assessments or action plans.  Review new information. Identify what educational aspect or guidance each client needs to move forward.

 

  • Use a timer to give each person approximately 10  minutes to share, according to the bullets below.
    • Follow-through: Explore last month’s action items.
      • If successful, identify what was helpful for the client.
      • If not, what prevented the client from succeeding, and what needs to be in place to facilitate success?
    • Discuss challenges
    • Answer any questions, especially if turned in ahead of time
    • If appropriate and / or if time, ask the group for feedback

 

  • Share session: Each member should participate in a 1-minute per person share at end:
    • Session insights (Ah-ha moments): Try to pinpoint and highlight breakthroughs.”What was one thing you learned or one shift you had as a result of someone else’s share?”
    • Set goals: Identify the action steps each client will commit to for the next month.
