    Determine Which Foods You Will Eat and Not Eat on the Metabolic Reset

    2. Review the Outline of Food Guidelines. Read pages 7-11 of the Sweet Spot Meal Planner and Recipe Collection for an outline of the general food guidelines and learn about the foods that you’ll be including and avoiding throughout the 30-Day Metabolic Reset.

    3. Tips for Saving Time. Check out pages 13-14 of the Meal Planner and Recipe Collection for beginning-of-the-week time-saving tips. It helps to have ready-to-eat foods all prepared so you can put a meal together quickly

    Start the Day With an Energizing, Nutrient Dense Beverage

    Whether you eat within an hour of getting up, or you practice intermittent fasting and start later in the morning or early afternoon, it’s important to choose your “break your fast” meal carefullyRefer to the Sweet Spot Solution Meal Planner & Recipe Collection starting on page 59 for ideas for energizing beverages to start your day right.  You can choose a green smoothie, a green juice, a green shake or a chia seed beverage.Refer to the Meal Planner & Recipe Collection and pick out a few green drinks to experiment with.

    Observe Feeding Windows

    1. Space meals 4-6 hours apart
    2. Eat last meal 3 hours before bed
    3. Eat breakfast 12 hours minimum after last meal

    Continue to Check and Record Your Blood Sugar and Work Towards Keeping Your Readings Within Your Ideal Range

    1. Upon waking
    2. At least one meal a day
    3. At bedtime
