These action steps are optional to reinforce your learning. Completing these steps is beneficial in putting your newfound knowledge to use, but not required to complete the module.

 

Action Steps:

• Find a willing volunteer, family member, or client.  Ask him or her to complete the digestive assessments and then assess status based on the results.
• Guide someone through each of the various processes:
  • HCL challenge
  • Transit time test
  • Optimizing the various parts of the tract depending on what is going on
• Do the 30-day leaky gut repair protocol and parasite cleanse so you have a good understanding of how to do it with clients.
