Low Oxalate Meals that Make You Feel Great

Oxalate sensitivity affects about 2.7 % of the population. Oxalic acid is a chemical found in certain types of food. Too much oxalate can cause serious problems, and can be caused by a genetic disorder, intestinal permeability, or eating too many oxalate-rich foods.

The problem with trying to follow a low oxalate diet is that many of our healthiest recommendations are high in oxalates. Learn to make low oxalate meals that are rich in nutrients and enjoyable to your taste buds.
