    If you haven’t already redone the assessments we asked you to do in Week 8, please do them now. It will take about 30 minutes.And if you haven’t followed the suggestions for establishing your new Optimal Blood Sugar Range and Peak, please go back and do it now.Complete the assessments using the online forms below. These have been compiled based on what we know about the symptoms that manifest when particular organs and glands are not functioning optimally, and what symptoms occur when nutrient imbalances exist.If you are challenged by filling out inline forms, or find that you are not able to see the submit button, or are not getting an email response, it could be your browser.  We’ve tested these in a variety of the latest versions of the most common browsers and they work fine.We created a pdf version of each assessment, so that if you have any difficulty with the online version, download and print the pdf versions, complete them by hand and then follow the instructions to get your score.

    Continue following the lifestyle activity protocols for fitness, supplements, stress management, sleep, and timing throughout your transition phase.
