There’s an assessment you can use to determine where the client’s obstacles and blocks in the Foundations lie, so you can guide them to the highest priority actions first. In decades of clinical practice, I’ve seen over and over again the benefit of addressing these foundations at the start of a program with your client. Imbalance in any of these pillars creates imbalances in the body’s vital functions and hormones.
