The Body Freedom Foundations are a set of lifestyle habits at the heart of true and lasting health transformation.  Watch the video to learn more about them – what they are and how they factor into your assessment and management of clients who seek your help.

There’s an assessment you can use to determine where the client’s obstacles and blocks in the Foundations lie, so you can guide them to the highest priority actions first.  In decades of clinical practice, I’ve seen over and over again the benefit of addressing these foundations at the start of a program with your client.  Imbalance in any of these pillars creates imbalances in the body’s vital functions and hormones.
