Module 8: Learning Objectives

INE learning objectivesAs you work through the materials, your goals by the end will be to:

  • Feel comfortable teaching your clients how to make gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free recipes that will help them balance their hormones and give them the vibrant energy they seek.
  • Know how to create resources to empower your clients to make health meals, and have fun doing it
  • Work with your clients to identify their favorite recipes, and teach them how to turn whole, fresh foods into delightful meals that resemble the taste of their favorites in ways that support their bodies to balance hormones and heal digestion.
  • Teach your clients how to make healthy, hormone and blood sugar balancing recipes breakfasts, regardless of the time of day they choose to eat their first meal
  • Guide your clients to doing a pantry and kitchen make-over that eliminates toxic foods and foods that are not suited to their physiology
  • Teach your clients how to organize their kitchen and pantry for success in implementing healthy diet changes
