Module 7: Action Steps
1 | Review the major hormones and find someone to whom you can practice explaining. The more you teach, the easier it gets to remember.
2 | Explore the Advanced Topics and check out the hypothalamus flashcards if you need help with remembering things.
3 | Incorporate the hormone harmonizing diet and lifestyle factors into your own life and teach them to your clients and/or family members. |
These action steps are optional to reinforce your learning. Completing these steps is beneficial in putting your newfound knowledge to use, but not required to complete the module.
