  • Be familiar with the 7 Foundational “Body FREEDOM” Pillars that are critical to master for health restoration and optimization
  • Understand the importance of addressing the pillars before or concurrent with addressing imbalances in specific body system and endocrine imbalances
  • Be able to assess clients for imbalances in theĀ  body freedom pillars
  • Be able to offer clients specific activities they can incorporate into their daily lives that restore balance to theĀ  body freedom pillars
