1 | Take a look at your own habits. Are you eating for energy -- including mitochondria food? Make a list of habits you need to change. Think about what you can do to replace bad habits with those that support your mitochondria. | |
2 | Create your own simple checklist you can give to clients that includes strategies to feed and nourish the body from the inside out. | |
3 | Go through the Kreb Cycle diagram and make a list for yourself of the nutrients that are important. |
