Take a look at your own habits. Are you eating for energy -- including mitochondria food? Make a list of habits you need to change. Think about what you can do to replace bad habits with those that support your mitochondria.

Create your own simple checklist you can give to clients that includes strategies to feed and nourish the body from the inside out.

Go through the Kreb Cycle diagram and make a list for yourself of the nutrients that are important.

 

These action steps are optional to reinforce your learning. Completing these steps is beneficial in putting your newfound knowledge to use, but not required to complete the module.
