Action Plan for Your Client
#1: Have your client replace their current sweeteners with best/better choices.
Have your client take a look at all the sweeteners they are currently using and begin to phase out the less desirable ones.
Sugar and Sweetener – Sources to Use and Sources to Avoid: This document provides a list recommended foods and sweeteners along with those they should avoid.
#2: Have your client assess their body’s reactions to sugars.
If they haven’t already, have your client get a blood sugar meter and track how their body responds to different sources of sugar.
