These action steps are optional to reinforce your learning. Completing these steps is beneficial in putting your newfound knowledge to use, but not required to complete the module.

Action Steps:

  • Choose 1 client and review his/her history in light of what you’ve learned about food principles and outline the pros and cons of the various food plans.
  • Start or maintain a food journal, noting any food reactions and your energy level after consuming different foods.
  • Experiment with the various food plans on yourself to become familiar with them so you can better coach your clients.
