This is a getting started guide to healthy adrenal glands. The Correcting  Adrenal Fatigue and Exhaustion (CAFE) program will go into a lot more detail.

Action Plan

 

#1: Include adrenal nourishing foods every day.

Once you know which ingredients to use in your smoothies, soups, salads, and more, you’ll be able to show your clients how to use the provided recipes to spark all sorts of new recipes and spark new energy in your body.

#2: Make an adrenal nourishing elixir every day, or at least every other day.

#4: Add adrenal nourishing herbs to smoothies as often as you can.

 

Refer to the CAFE: Recipe Collection or the CAFE: Diet, Lifestyle, Nutrition and Herbs – Recommendations Checklist for a list of herbs you can add to your smoothies that will help nourish and restore your adrenal glands.  Once you have become comfortable with understanding these herbs, teach your clients about their benefits.

#5: Follow the Diet, Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Herbs – Recommendations Checklists.  Go gluten-free and avoid a high carb breakfast.

 

Find out which foods, supplements, nutrients, and activities will best support yours and your client’s adrenal repair and long-term health.
