Action Plan

#1: Learn about the amazing nutritional benefits of greens.

Greens: Your Key to Vibrant Energy ebook: Discover the health benefits of nutritious greens, the amazing variety of greens to choose from, and a selection of recipes to boost energy and nutrition.

Blended Greens for Health and Longevity: This great starter ebook features some of the same information from Greens: Your Key to Vibrant Energy, but with a focus on blended greens to boost vitality.

#2: Eat greens raw or lightly steamed.

In some cases, as with inflammatory bowel, it might be necessary for all greens to be lightly steamed for a month or so to allow for bowel healing.

#3: Work up to consuming blended greens every day: 32 – 64 ounces.

Have clients work up to drinking 32 to 64 ounces of green beverages each day: smoothies, green soups, green juices, or green powdered drinks.

#4: Commit to eating a salad every day.

Encourage those you work with to commit to eating one large salad daily, filled with greens, sprouts, and rainbow vegetables. While blending is a quick and easy way to take in larger volumes of greens, chewing and mixing your food with your saliva is still an important part in optimizing digestion.

#5: Consume a variety of greens and try making a variety of recipes.

No matter how you serve them up, there is no denying that greens — with all their unique benefits, are powerhouses of nutrients and promote exceptional health.  Have clients eat a variety of greens to access all of the minerals and nutritional benefits.  Challenge them to try a new recipe containing greens daily or weekly, and be sure to switch up which greens they use.

#6: Watch green recipe videos from the Food Video Library to get started.

You have access to the Food Video Library where you’ll find several videos in the “Green Foods” section of videos.

#7: (Advanced) Work up to eating 2 lbs of greens per day.

If your client is already keen on eating greens daily, have them make a point of eating 2 pounds of greens one day this week. See how they feel. Observe how easy or difficult it is. Brainstorm ways with them to do this regularly.

#8: (Extra) Watch additional green recipe videos from the Food Video Library.

You have access to the Food Video Library where you’ll find several videos in the “Green Foods” section of videos.

#9: (Extra) Watch additional green recipe videos from the Healing Kitchen.

Here is access to even more green-focused food demonstration videos.
