These action steps are optional to reinforce your learning. Completing these steps is beneficial in putting your newfound knowledge to use, but not required to complete the module.

Action Steps:

  • Find as many people as you can who are willing to do blood work and get a free analysis (or paid if you’d like).
  • For each person you analyze, go through the process of first looking at the labs like a conventional doctor would. then put numbers into the Master Health Tracker lab results tab.
  • Also run the blood work through the Blood Chemistry Software.
  • Take your time going through and study the abnormal results.
  • Use the Blood Chemistry Software as a learning tool.  It’s filled with amazing descriptions and a compilation of lab ranges.
  • Submit cases for discussion.
