Ordering Hormone Lab Tests – Resources
If you are a licensed practitioner, you can set up an account with any of the following labs.

If you are not licensed, you can order tests through the following:
- Dr. Ritamarie’s Website: This is a special page on Dr. Ritamarie’s website for program participants to order a selection of lab tests. This is for your personal use only.
