Action Steps:
- After reviewing all the sample reports and cases in the module, choose a client, family member or yourself to assess.
- Decide which type of allergy – inhalant, contact, hypersensitivity, or food intolerance – their symptoms correspond to, and order any tests you believe are indicated.
- Using the material in the videos and the case studies, evaluate the lab tests for markers of allergic burden, and get the feel of integrating the test results with a history of any symptoms.
- Make notes about the type of allergic burden you assess from the lab testing and history.
- If applicable, using the elimination/provocation and FAST protocol provided as a guideline, create a corresponding allergy protocol with appropriate lifestyle, dietary, and supplement recommendations.
- Share your protocol in the Facebook group and encourage discussion with your colleagues.
- Reassess weekly for improvement or symptoms
- Tweak program as needed.
- Use the Master Health Tracker (or similar client tracker) to record the initial and follow-up test results as well other history findings of importance, diet habits and your protocol.
