Show Times: Just prior to the start of the show (November 3rd – 5th, 2017), a player will appear at the bottom of the page and then video and audio of the conference will stream to the player during each session. Request: On Friday morning, we invite webcast attendees to be online 15 minutes early at 8:45 am Central to ensure the Livestream and chat are working and to work out any technical difficulties.
Asking Questions: If you have questions, submit them on the Livestream chat (it will open in the right-hand sidebar of the Livestream video player any time there is an active Livestream session).
Chat & Conference Session Replays: You must have a LiveStream account (free signup) to use the chat and to watch the temporary recordings of the daily conference sessions (please login to LiveStream or join before each session).
If you’re logged into your Livestream account, start on this page while the video is playing, then click the white Livestream logo on the bottom right-hand side of the video player below. That link will take you to a new page where you will see the chat and the replays. If you have difficulty with the chat or if you need further assistance, please e-mail SHINE@DrRitamarie.com (e-mails will be checked periodically throughout the conference).

As only half-hour increments are available for start time settings, the start time indicates 8:30 am CT below; however, in reality we’ll begin on Friday around 8:45 am CT with testing and then the conference will start at 9:00 am CT.
How to access the chat: If you’re logged into your Livestream account, come back to THIS page and then click on the Livestream logo in the player or use this link. Once you open the Livestream event in the NEW window, you’ll either need to mute the player here on the INE page or pause it. Otherwise, you’ll hear the audio twice. To open the chat, in the new Livestream window, click on the chat bubble.
