Show Times: Just prior to the start of the show (October 30th – November 1st, 2015), a player will appear and then video and audio of the conference will stream to the player during each session. Request: On Friday morning, we invite webcast attendees to be online 15 minutes early at 8:45 am CT to ensure the Livestream and chat are working and to work out any technical difficulties.
Asking Questions: If you have questions, submit them on the chat (it will open in the right-hand sidebar of the player just prior to the event).
To See and Use Chat/Video Replays: You must have a LiveStream account (free) https://new.livestream.com/join to use the chat (please login to LiveStream or join before each session). If you’re logged into your Livestream account, start on this page. Whenever video is streaming, you’ll see a video player. While the video is playing, there should be a “Watch on Livestream” white logo link on the video player. That link will take you to a new page where you will see the chat and the replays. If you have difficulty with the chat or if you need further assistance, please e-mail SHINE@DrRitamarie.com (e-mails will be checked periodically throughout the conference) or e-mail Stacey: Stacey@DrRitamarie.com (will check emails periodically throughout the weekend). We have also opened the comments box at the bottom of the page to assist with communication when the LiveStream is inactive.
