The truth is, both high carb and low carb approaches can work, depending on the person’s unique needs. But how do you know? Experimentation and observation are key.
Here you’ll learn how to teach your clients about carbohydrates, and discern how much, what types and how often they can and should include carbohydrate-rich foods. In any case, whole and unprocessed is the only way to go for optimal health.
