Biofit Introduction and Guidelines

 

In this module, you will explore all the provided resources for performing a very thorough and comprehensive health history.  

For each section, you will be asked to do the following steps

1- Watch the Video

Learn, take notes and watch at whatever speed works for you.

2- Download Supporting Materials

Most pages have downloadable assessments and other helpful materials.  Download and save to your computer.  Organize so you can easily find and put into action.

3- Practice

Find people – friends, family members and/or clients or potential clients – to practice your skill with.
