NEPT Full Program Policies

In order to access the membership site and course contents, you will need to sign a program agreement.
You have access to educational courses/content consisting of a minimum of 45 detailed modules including multiple audio trainings, video trainings, and handouts which may be accessed through an online portal at inestaging.wpengine.com
You have unlimited access to the membership site for NEPT content. You will continue to get access to all future updates of the program. (This does not include ongoing access to the calls and the call recordings. Those have a time limit.)
You get 24 months of live group training calls held approximately weekly consisting of live group coaching, case studies, Q&A calls, and implementation sessions
You also get 24 months access to the call recordings. While actively in the program, you have the ability to download calls.
There’s unlimited access to the Facebook group for group interaction
There’s an examination at the end of each module
Bonuses:
1. Two online (or live when permitted) 3-day retreats
2. Access to PDF and Word doc versions of all health assessments
3. One complimentary “Get-Unstuck” 30-minute course advisor session to be used during the Program
4. 24 months access to the Empowered Self-Care Lab, which includes additional invitations to the approximately weekly live group coaching, training, kitchen, and support sessions.

The Program begins on the Program Start Date that the you set. After 24 months, you will still be able to access the content on the site, but the calls and call recordings will no longer be available. Should you wish to change the Start Date of the Program after your initial enrollment in the Program, you agree to pay an administrative fee of $250 once we have approved the date change as long as it is 5 days prior to the start date or longer. Any changes to the start date within the 5 day period, or after your start date has passed are subject to a $500 administrative change fee.

Program Extensions: You have 24 months to complete your certification in the full program. If you need more time, we offer two program extensions of 3 months that include continued access to live calls and recordings, for an administrative fee.

Program Examinations: An Examination will be required at the end of each module for which you must receive a passing grade of 80%. A passed Examination is valid for 30 months. At the end of 30 months, if you still wish to get certified in the full Program, you may be required to re-enroll in the Program at a discount off the then-current tuition.

Once you are certified, you will be eligible to join the Nutritional Endocrinology Alumni Association, which gives you access to higher-level trainings and allows you to connect with other certified Nutritional Endocrinology practitioners.

Contacting Us: Should you have questions about the Program content, coaching questions, health questions, or updates, please share them during the Group Calls or in the Facebook group. If you have questions about logistics or access to the Program, all communications must be directed to the Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@drritamarie.com.

Group Calls: A schedule of our Program Group Calls will be shared with you during your enrollment in the Program or shortly thereafter, including the call-in-/login information to participate in the call. Please plan to come to the Group Calls on time. If you miss a group call, you may access the replay/recording. These Group Calls are intended for getting questions answered, getting help with client labs, learning from the questions and cases of others, and to take advantage of the group approach to the Program components.

One-on-one “Get Unstuck” Call: Your one-on-one call may be scheduled through our online scheduler or by emailing helpdesk@drritamarie.com. Our time together is important. Please come prepared to start and end the one-on-one call on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel the “Get Unstuck Call,” you need to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@drritamarie.com. If you show up more than 10 minutes late to that call or if you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a Missed Call which will be forfeited.

Call Recordings: All Program calls will be recorded. By participating in the Program and attending or speaking at any time during any call, you are consenting to the recording of your voice, image and/or name and likeness. You accept responsibility for turning off your own camera and microphone during calls if you do not want your voice, image or likeness or voice to be captured during recordings. Recorded Group Calls will be shared with the group participants within 72 hours following the call.

Facebook Groups: By participating in the Facebook group as part of this Program, you agree to abide by Facebook’s legal terms. Further, you understand that Facebook is a public platform, and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for what you voluntarily share in the group, as other people will also see what you post. Participation is optional, but strongly encouraged to participate fully in the Program.

NEPT Level 1 (FAM) Program Policies

You get 9 months of live Group training calls held approximately weekly consisting of live group coaching, case studies, Q&A calls, and implementation sessions
You also get 9 months access to the call recordings. While actively in the program, you have the ability to download calls.
Access to the Facebook group for group interaction is for 9 months. You may stay in the group for an unlimited time when you upgrade to the full NEPT program.
