DUTCH Test vs Saliva Adrenal Test
DUTCH stands for dried urine for comprehensive hormones. It’s the latest technology in assessment for hormone balance. I love that it measures all the hormone metabolites, giving you a much deeper picture of what’s going on.
I’ve been liking it more and more for adrenal assessment, because, unlike saliva testing, it gives information about metabolites and reserves that the saliva test does not. Plus, it’s more convenient for the client to pee on a strip 4 times a day than to spit into a tube.
We will have a whole Mastery module on DUTCH testing coming relatively soon.
In the meantime, there are several ways for you to learn about it
1- Review the library of case study calls and general support calls. I’ve reviewed quite a number over the past several months.
2- watch the videos on the precision analytics site https://dutchtest.com/
3- Watch the DUTCH section of last year’s SHINE conference, available under the events tab on the site (insert link)
4- Run a test, use the tools listed above to get a first pass interpretation, then submit for an upcoming case studies or open support call.
